The mozzarella sticks frozen in 1 kg ATP bag from Caseificio Ghidetti are frozen using IQF technology, which allows freezing single of each stick.
The sticks retain a sweet and delicate flavor even after defrosting.
The expiry date (of the frozen product) is guaranteed at 18 months.
Once defrosted, store in the fridge at a maximum temperature of 4°C and consume within 5 days (sealed product).
