Italian Mozzarella Smoked Sticks

The  frozen smoked mozzarella sticks in a tray from Caseificio Ghidetti are frozen using IQF technology, which allows the individual freezing of each stick.
The sticks retain the sweet and delicate flavor of milk and the aroma of smoking even after defrosting.
The expiry date (of the frozen product) is guaranteed at 18 months.
Once defrosted, store in the fridge at a maximum temperature of 4°C and consume within 21 days (sealed product).
