Apricots need lots of sun and heat. The climate in Italy is ideal for apricots to develop their succulent and velvet-soft aroma. The orange-yellow apricot pulp – mostly processed by us – gives Pfanner Apricot an unmistakably intense flavour and a creamy consistency.
